AGLOBE Development Center recently concluded an enlightening Mycotoxin Testing Workshop conducted in collaboration with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA). The workshop, led by IITA experts, provided valuable insights into advanced mycotoxin testing techniques. This initiative aligns with our commitment to continuous learning and innovation in Healthy Diets for Africa. We are excited to integrate the knowledge gained, enhancing our food safety protocols.

Building on the success of the 2023 initiative, AGLOBE Development Center continued its commitment to agricultural education on 25th January 2024 by visiting the Nigerian Air Force School. This visit featured a demonstration of urban farming principles and the significance of adopting Aquaponics and RAS technology, with the presentation of a small, dismantlable prototype showcasing the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) and aquaponics systems.

In November 2023, schools visit to the AGLOBE Development Center are scheduled to showcase our urban setting, including the RAS and Aquaponics systems. The agenda kicks off by bringing a small, dismantlable prototype to their schools, where we explain the principles of urban farming and underscore the significance of adopting this technology.
